Job Summary
Senior Loan Closer will manage end-to-end closings for multifamily agency loans to government-sponsored enterprises, coordinating with underwriting, capital markets, legal, title and escrow to prepare, review, and finalize closing documents. Responsible for pipeline management, meeting funding deadlines, resolving structural/legal/documentation issues, ensuring compliance with agency requirements, and supporting post-closing activities. Emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, stakeholder communication, and process improvements within the closing function.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in closing and delivery of multifamily agency loans
- Direct experience with applications and deliveries to government-sponsored enterprises
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
