Job Summary
Senior P&C Commercial Lines Sales Agent responsible for generating new business, presenting proposals, closing sales, and providing proactive risk management advice to clients; identify carrier appetites and underwriting guidelines, pursue cross-sell opportunities, maintain documentation, and stay informed on marketplace trends. Requires bilingual Chinese/English ability; 6+ years in commercial insurance sales with active P&C license and experience placing policies in the E&S market. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; able to work independently and drive results; proficient with Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- 6+ years of successful commercial insurance sales experience with active P&C license
- Experienced in placing commercial insurance policies for high-risk clients in E&S market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System
