Requires an active P&C license, 2+ years of commercial insurance experience, bilingual ability in English plus Mandarin Chinese or Thai, plus strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Candidate must be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proficient with Microsoft Windows and an Agency Management System to manage multiple clients.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- Bilingual in English and one of Mandarin Chinese or Thai
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
