Major duties include generating new sales leads, presenting proposals, closing sales, cross-selling within P&C/All-in-One Platform, maintaining documentation, identifying carrier risk appetites and underwriting guidelines, responding to client inquiries, attending training to stay current, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requires active P&C license, 2+ years of experience, and bilingual ability in English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai.
