P&C Sales Agent, Commercial Line (Bilingual in Chinese/Thai)

P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent identifies and acquires new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. The role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products. Responsibilities include generating new sales leads, presenting proposals and closing sales, developing accounts and cross-selling within the P&C department and/or All-in-One Platform, using carrier rating systems, maintaining documentation, identifying carrier risk appetites and underwriting guidelines, responding to client inquiries, attending training to stay current, and ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards. The position requires an Active P&C license, 2+ years in commercial insurance, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai, along with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently. Location noted as Monrovia, CA with in-person work arrangement.
