Job Summary
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and separation under P&C Manager supervision. Execute job descriptions, coordinate internal and external hiring campaigns, and maintain compliance with organizational selection processes and documentation. Handle contract administration, payroll processing, and benefit management while tracking contract renewals and terminations. Support staff development through training plans and performance evaluations, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries. Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure adherence to safety and health protocols in a role requiring 80% travel availability.
Required Qualifications
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of human resources and SG SST
- Strong oral and written communication skills, effective in internal and external relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, results orientation, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing deliverables under pressure
- Microsoft Office management
- Availability to travel 80% of the time
