Job Summary
P&C Officer - Training handles end-to-end compliance training, HR system data entry (Oracle HCM), and reporting to support the P&C Unit. Responsibilities include coordinating external provider-led compliance training, procurement activities (invoice processing and POs), stakeholder engagement, and providing business support through reports and guides. The role also supports Early Careers programs (surveys, career expos, grant funding) and Learning & Organisational Development projects (study assistance, Quick Reference Guides, general enquiries). Requires ~2 years in HR/administrative roles, experience with HR systems, and a Certificate IV in HR/Business/Administration or equivalent. Hybrid work arrangement within a full-time term contract to August 2027; located in Parramatta/RYDALMERE area, NSW, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in HR, Business, or Administration discipline and/or experience in a comparable role.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Human Resources or administrative function
- Experience with HR Systems (Oracle HCM) and procurement processes desirable
