Drive agency management strategies for new and renewal accounts, executing mix, low, and territorial sales plans while acting as a trusted advisor to brokers and agents. Requires 3+ years of P&C middle market broker-facing underwriting experience and a valid driver's license. This hybrid role involves three days in the office or making sales calls, Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation ranges from $96,400 to $180,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of P&C Middle Market Broker-facing Carrier Underwriting experience
- Valid driver's license
- Hybrid work schedule with expectation of working in the office or making sales calls 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday)
