Job Summary
Drive the full People & Culture agenda, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational development, transformation, labour relations, and people-related matters. Lead change management initiatives and coordinate compensation, benefits, HR governance, and GDPR compliance while supporting Scania Finance Maroc SA. This role has an international scope, with approximately 75% of the focus dedicated to Sweden and 25% supporting operations in Morocco, including regular collaboration and travel to Casablanca. You will partner closely with managers to foster a positive workplace culture and contribute to organizational development within a growing, transforming financial services entity.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of senior HR experience
- Experience in an international, regulated, or complex business environment
- Proven experience in change management
- Proven experience in organizational transformation
- Strong business acumen
