P&C Host Supervisor

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, answer phones, and manage reservations on Resy while verifying bookings and guiding visitors to available times. Provide clear directions, answer guest questions, and maintain the Resy Guest Book to track repeat retention. Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensure walkways remain safe and inviting, and mentor the host team to elevate the overall guest experience. Communicate feedback to management and represent the Pick & Cheese brand with pride. Requires prior NYC hospitality experience, bilingual skills preferred, and ability to stand for extended periods.
