Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and personality while answering phones with a smile. Manage reservations on Resy, verify existing bookings, and guide guests to available times or alternative dates. Provide clear directions, answer guest questions, and assist with opening, closing, and side duties to keep the hall operating smoothly. Support cleanliness by ensuring walkways and common areas remain inviting and safe. Collaborate with the host team to create a seamless guest experience and communicate feedback to management. Guide and mentor the host team to elevate overall service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior NYC hospitality or restaurant experience
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift to 50 lbs
