Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, answer phones warmly, and manage reservations on Resy while verifying bookings and guiding guests to available times. Provide clear directions, ensure walkways remain inviting and safe, and assist with opening, closing, and side duties to keep the hall operating smoothly. Guide and mentor the host team to elevate the overall guest experience, communicate feedback to management, and maintain the Resy Guest Book to increase repeat retention. Prior NYC hospitality experience is required, with bilingual skills a plus.

- Prior NYC hospitality or restaurant experience
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift to 50 lbs
