P&C Engineering Supervisor II

Manage and supervise a team of five+ individuals in substation engineering, ensuring staff stay on task, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables. Coordinate design tasks with project managers and engineers while performing technical oversight and approving timesheets, overtime, and expense reports. Proactively take on design and check responsibilities to meet workload demands, train new team members, and conduct group meetings to communicate objectives. Establish a strong safety culture, promote efficient workflows, and build collaborative relationships with TVA and internal stakeholders. Located in Chattanooga or Knoxville.
