Job Summary
Account Manager for a P&C commercial book focusing on renewal and service duties. Responsibilities include servicing an assigned book, coordinating with the Senior Account Manager on applications and forms for new business, obtaining loss runs, organizing carrier quotes, preparing new business/renewal/rewrites, facilitating signature/binding and account setup in Applied Epic, handling service requests (certificates, policy changes, endorsements, claims), maintaining carrier relationships, processing audits, and applying industry knowledge to prevent errors. Requires an active 2-20 license, 2+ years of commercial lines account management, high school diploma or equivalent, CE requirements, and proficiency with MS Office. Location is Sarasota, FL with in-office work today and potential for hybrid/remote in the future.
Required Qualifications
- Active 2-20 license
- 2+ years commercial lines account management experience
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Remain current on CE requirements
- PC proficiency including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
