Job Summary
Senior Client Service Executive responsible for end-to-end account management, billing and aged receivables, client retention and growth, renewals strategy and presentations, and mentorship of the team. Acts as primary contact for clients, maintains relationships with carriers and brokers, leads pre-renewal discussions and renewal proposals, conducts WC Experience Mod forecasting/analysis, and delivers stewardship reports. Requires significant experience in property & casualty insurance, strong leadership and mentoring abilities, and proven skills in negotiation, budgeting, benchmarking, and client communication.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Active Property & Casualty Agent’s License
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency in managing client accounts and conducting renewals
- Ability to negotiate effectively and independently
- Strong analytical skills for benchmarking, budgeting, and WC Experience Mod Analysis
