P&C - Client Service Associate

Client Service Associate (P&C) works with Client Service Executives and Producers to support the marketing and sales process for new and renewing business. Serves as the primary service contact for clients, handling account management, reviewing contracts, educating insureds on state requirements, performing reconciliations, creating premium allocations and invoices, preparing proposals for new and renewal accounts, attending meetings with executives and producers, negotiating terms and premiums, and binding coverage. Also participates in mentorship with new team assistants and contributes to ongoing training (CE) and development, with opportunities to obtain designations. Location focus includes Columbus, GA.
