Job Summary
Entry-level Client Service Assistant in P&C insurance supporting Client Service Associates, Executives, and Producers. Responsibilities include inputting prospects and clients into the agency management system, setting up client reporting forms and follow-up processes, issuing new and renewal client packets (including certificates of insurance and auto ID cards), assisting with marketing efforts and renewal proposals, preparing workers compensation claim kits, providing quotes via carrier rating portals, processing premiums and refunds, ensuring proper funds collection, obtaining surplus lines documents, reporting inconsistencies, coordinating renewals, reviewing experience mod information, handling policy change requests, processing and filing claims, and supporting training for newer team members. Development includes license acquisition within the first 3 months and collaboration with Training & Development for onboarding.
