Job Summary
Partner with Global Senior Leaders to foster visionary, authentic, and collective leadership through strategic sparring and coaching. Translate business goals into actionable workforce, talent management, and reward strategies while initiating diagnostics to enhance psychological safety and team dynamics. Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose root causes and recommend innovative people solutions, then lead organizational design transformations and agile ways-of-working across key leadership areas. Contribute to cross-functional squads to deliver enterprise human capital value for the Pharma Technical Development group at the Global level. This 18-month contract supports leadership teams primarily in Basel with frequent interaction at other PTD sites. Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
