Job Summary
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, extract and clean large datasets to ensure data integrity, and develop data-driven programs supporting business objectives. Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights on capacity management, talent acquisition, and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their specific data needs. Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals, maintain critical reporting documentation including the Reporting Catalog and Data Dictionary, and identify opportunities to improve data processes. This role within the Office of the Chief People and Culture Officer drives strategic decision-making and workforce management for the P&C and C&RM organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in roles within consulting, information systems, and/or HR
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an understanding of information systems, analytics, and HR
- Highly proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, ability to work effectively in changing environments
- Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to haves: Knowledge of analytics tools or systems, such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience in delivering sophisticated and consumable messages to leaders
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights
- Exhibit executive presence, confidence, and professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
