Job Summary
P&C Analyst who translates customer needs into analytics solutions, develops dashboards and scorecards using PowerBI, maintains reporting pipelines, and provides tailored analytics support to internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 3 years in Reporting/Analytics, a quantitative degree, and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, PowerQuery, and BI tools. The role involves turning complex data into clear insights, delivering visuals for decision-making, and exploring AI applications in People insight analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, finance, etc.)
- Experience using SQL, Python, and PowerQuery
- Previous experience with Business Intelligence/Data Visualization Tools (PowerBI) and developing reports/dashboards
- Ability to translate data analytics into visual reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Experience applying AI in analytics and reporting
