Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing P&C advisory team for the Victoria and Tasmania portfolio, delivering advisory services across diverse employee and volunteer workforces. Oversee advisory delivery, complex employee relations matters, and governance/compliance while partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies. Role involves translating strategy into actionable delivery, coaching, and driving continuous improvement in a values-driven environment. Permanent, full-time position based in Blackburn with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 2 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
