Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based programming for the teen pregnancy prevention curriculum, recruiting and educating youth across priority populations using age-appropriate, inclusive sexuality education. Maintain fidelity to outcomes by collecting, tracking, and analyzing data while collaborating with the program director and Massachusetts Department of Public Health to evaluate success metrics. Represent the agency in community meetings to raise awareness, educate partners, and gather project information, while assisting in setting annual goals and submitting required reports and paperwork. Recruit, train, and oversee interns and volunteers, ensuring all activities promote safety, cooperation, and inclusiveness. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience facilitating group activities with youth.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Public Health
- Experience facilitating group activities with youth
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
