P&A Assistant

Assist P&A supervisors and crews with offshore well decommissioning activities, including rigging up/down, handling tools and materials, and providing general operational support to ensure safe, efficient decommissioning in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Perform pre-job inspections, operate and maintain basic abandonment tools, load/unload materials and tubulars, assist with housekeeping and inventory, participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks, and adhere to high safety standards in an offshore environment with extended rotational schedules. Must communicate in English, have experience in well plugging/cementing/abandonment support, possess mechanical aptitude, adapt to changing offshore conditions, and work effectively as part of a team in a high-safety setting. Physical demands include frequent exertion and activities such as standing, walking, climbing, and handling equipment in challenging conditions.
