Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams to drive financial performance and sales, supervise hourly associates, ensure customer service excellence, and implement process improvements. Own budgeting, forecasting, and expense control for designated store area, oversee merchandising, inventory flow, shrink mitigation, and store operations. Recruit, train, mentor, and recognize associates while fostering a sense of belonging. Build relationships with key stakeholders, set clear expectations, monitor progress, and translate business objectives into actionable plans. Demonstrate strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support Walmart values.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

- Facilities that sell firearms may require a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training; for facilities that sell only ammunition there may be state-specific requirements; current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
