Job Summary
Lead end-to-end content creation and performance management across digital channels for a D2C wellness brand. Drive content strategy, ideation, production, and optimization to deliver measurable business impact. Manage shoots, collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and production houses; develop creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and content outlines; optimize content for performance marketing; monitor and act on performance data; drive cross-functional projects to timely execution. Requires 5–6+ years in Content Marketing/Creative Strategy, strong writing/storytelling, portfolio demonstrating content ideation and campaign execution, and experience with social media, production coordination, and project management.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Creative Strategy, Brand Content, or a similar role
- Prior experience in a D2C brand, digital-first company, creative agency, or content-focused marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content ideation, scripting, campaign execution, and performance-oriented content
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing
- Experience managing content shoots and coordinating with production teams
- Strong project management and execution capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with business outcomes and performance metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
