Job Summary
Cook supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef by cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming all meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables; maintains kitchen cleanliness and equipment; ensures cold items are stocked and safety/sanitation standards are met; contributes to maintaining all kitchen areas in good working order; requires 1–2 years of high-volume restaurant cook experience and ability to obtain required work cards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.
