Job Summary
Owner’s Representative Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple critical infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning, ensuring alignment with owner’s strategic objectives, safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. Acts as the primary liaison between the owner and external stakeholders, coordinates labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality. Leads handovers, reviews bid and scope documents, prepares MOPs, coordinates testing, startup, commissioning, and documentation, and manages risks and customer relations. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field) and 8+ years in critical infrastructure project management with at least 3 years in leadership; certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable. Proficient in MS Office; CAD experience a plus. Strong communication, financial acumen, contract management, and ability to travel up to 100%. Compensation is experience-based with extensive benefits. Competitive salary range is USD 110,000–130,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in critical infrastructure project management
- 3+ years of experience leading field crews as a crew lead, foreman, or project manager
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, batteries, rectifiers, inverters, and cooling systems
- Experience working in Telecom/Broadband Headend and Hub facilities
- Experience with -48VDC and +24VDC systems and installation procedures
- Familiarity with FAC-COR certification and federal acquisition regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
