Oversee all project phases, including budgets, schedules, and compliance with company specifications. Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance activities at assigned locations. Review project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and addendums, before bids or proposals. Support contractor and trade selection, including preparing bid requests, contracts, and estimates. Identify cost-saving opportunities during renovations and deconstruction. Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable city, state, and federal regulations. Confirm contractors are properly trained, following procedures, and using appropriate PPE. Ensure subcontractors obtain required permits. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
