Job Summary
Senior Owner’s Representative / Project Manager to extend the Owner’s Project Team on complex construction programs (MEP/cleanroom, manufacturing, data centers). Responsible for schedule and cost control, risk management, reporting, vendor management, and coordination with Owner, GC/CM, architects/engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Owner standards.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record as Owner’s Representative / Project Manager on complex construction programs (MEP, cleanroom, data center, semiconductor)
- Strong leadership and executive-level communication skills
- Experience with schedule management (including P6) and robust reporting
- Vendor/contract management across Owner, GC/CM, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ability to establish and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans; proactive problem-solving in field settings
