Job Summary
This role involves managing owner and tenant relationships, ensuring adherence to property management agreements, and conducting property inspections. The representative must possess a North Carolina Real Estate license and have strong negotiation and organizational skills. Responsibilities include responding to contacts in a timely manner, maintaining harmonious relationships with colleagues and clients, and reporting issues as necessary while adhering to federal regulations. The position requires working weekends and participating in an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- A North Carolina Real Estate license
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Property management experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Required to participate in Manager on Call Rotation including late evening/night work responsibilities
- Ability to manage heightened emotional states of owners and tenants while maintaining a positive demeanor
