Job Summary
Owner Services Agent handles incoming calls to assist guests and owners with reservations, payments, and ownership inquiries; coordinates with internal/external departments; trains across departments for growth; deescalates potentially aggravated inquiries; maintains knowledge of 12 properties, contracts, policies, amenities, location, and exchanges; maintains or exceeds performance levels as directed by Management; requires proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication; professional demeanor; ability to take ownership and guide inquiries to desired outcomes; supports phone, email, or chat communications.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Email)
