Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Owner's Representative / Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating with design teams, and preparing budgets and schedules. Ideal candidates possess strong construction knowledge and have previous project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing large construction projects ($20M+) from inception to completion.
- Ability to read architectural and engineering plans.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and overseeing the bid process, bid analysis/award.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in estimating and construction management or construction administration
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method Scheduling, Procore, Bluebeam, and constructability analysis.
- Strong communication skills
