Job Summary
As the Owner Relations Manager at Casiola, you will oversee onboarding of new properties into our program and maintain structured, timely communications with owners throughout the onboarding process. You will walk and inspect owner arrivals as needed, monitor property performance in collaboration with the Revenue Manager and Director of Operations, and work with owners to improve each home's marketability. You will maintain accurate owner records and reconcile monthly owner statements, respond promptly to owner emails and texts, and meet with owners when they are in town. A strong communicator who is fluent in English (Spanish or Hebrew a plus), capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with G Suite will excel in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Must speak Fluent English. Spanish or Hebrew is a plus.
- Must be a great communicator, self-starter, go-getter and think outside the box
- Must be comfortable with technology to include working with G Suite
- Must be able to work in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Detailed and organized with exceptional time management skills
