Job Summary
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules while transporting containers in the rapidly expanding Southeast regional market. Document and log work/rest periods, retain fuel and toll receipts, and comply with truck driving rules and regulations. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, collect delivery instructions, and report defects or violations. Must be 23 years of age with a minimum of two years of recent Class A CDL experience, own a tag, and possess a clean MVR. Fuel card provided with weekly settlements via direct deposit.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 23 years of age
- Proven work experience as a truck driver
- Minimum of 2 years of recent driving experience with a Class A CDL
- Must have own tag
- Smart phone or tablet for ELD
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD)
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- Clean MVR
- Accident Free
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
- Valid Class A license
- Medical card
