Job Summary
Owner-Operator Van Truckload team truck driver responsible for hauling dry van freight under Schneider authority. Options to optimize earnings include All-In Revenue or Percent of Revenue, plus Self-dispatch to choose loads, home time, lanes, and revenue. Operate under Schneider’s authority with access to 1,000-2,000 additional contract and spot market loads daily; 90% drop-and-hook freight available. Incentives: $3,000 total per person or $6,000 per team across the first weeks. Tools and equipment provided: Samsung tablet, free trailer usage, access to company facilities, and Purchase Power program discounts. Must meet Class A CDL requirements, have at least 6 months of driving experience, and keep trucks 2011 or newer with DOT inspection, EPA10-compliant engines, and functioning Collision Mitigation System. Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience
- Truck(s) must be 2011 or newer
- Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection
- Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements
- Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System
