Job Summary
Owner-operator Van Truckload team truck driver role with Schneider FreightPower. Responsibilities include selecting from team-friendly loads, self-dispatch on lanes, and maximizing revenue opportunities with 65% of linehaul revenue option and 100% of fuel surcharge; operate dry van freight with drop-and-hook, and maintain equipment under Schneider’s authority. Requires a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of Class A driving experience; trucks must be 2011 or newer, pass a DOT inspection, meet EPA10 emissions, and have a functioning Collision Mitigation System. Includes tools and incentives to support planning, booking, and revenue growth, plus orientation compensation and access to Schneider facilities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
- Truck(s) must be 2011 or newer.
- Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.
- Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.
- Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.
