Job Summary
Owner-operator Van Truckload team truck driver role with Schneider FreightPower. Team owner-operators can select from team-friendly loads offering high miles and revenue, including 1,000-2,000 additional contract and spot market loads daily. Options include All-In Revenue or Percent of Revenue (65% of linehaul + 100% fuel surcharge and accessorial) and Self-dispatch to control loads, home time, lanes, and revenue. Haul dry van trailers with 90% drop-and-hook freight under Schneider’s authority. Incentives include a $3,000 sign-on/settlement bonus per person and weekly payments for teams. Tools and resources include a Samsung tablet, mobile app access for load selection, access to company facilities, and various discounts. Employment type is Full-Time as an Owner-Operator with a Schedule of FULLTIME and a Location in Carlisle, PA, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
- Truck(s) must be 2011 or newer.
- Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.
- Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.
- Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.
