Job Summary
Operate as an owner-operator van team truck driver under Schneider authority, hauling dry van freight with 90% drop-and-hook, and access to team-friendly loads and revenue options. Team owner-operators can select from All-In Revenue or Percent of Revenue loads, and may self-dispatch to control home time, lanes and earnings. Incentives include a second settlement payment and ongoing weekly payments, with additional benefits such as orientation pay, fuel/tire/maintenance discounts, referral bonuses, and a Samsung tablet plus free trailer usage. Requires valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 6 months' driving experience; trucks must be 2011 or newer, pass DOT inspection, meet EPA10 emissions, and have a functioning Collision Mitigation System. Additional equipment sales assistance and Schneider facilities amenities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience
- Truck(s) must be 2011 or newer
- Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection
- Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements
- Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System
