Job Summary
Own and operate your trucking business as a Panther owner-operator under our authority, with control over loads, schedule, and earnings. Run solo or with given opportunities, set your own schedule, and benefit from 99% no-touch expedited freight, weekly settlements, fuel surcharges, and access to a driver-support team. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for solo drivers and a rate increase for 2026. Choose loads through the ArcBest truckload board, receive shipment offers with no forced dispatch, and leverage dedicated all-miles paid programs with ample opportunities to keep your truck moving. Straight truck and cargo van positions available; operate as an independent contract carrier with the flexibility to work across routes while maintaining your own business. Requirements include CDL-A, 6 months experience minimum, age 21+, no recent DUI/drug convictions or felonies, and related safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- No experience necessary for straight trucks or cargo vans
