Job Summary
Owner Operator Truck Drivers needed to run own profitable business with Panther Premium Logistics. As an independent contract carrier, you’ll select loads through the ArcBest truckload board, have no forced dispatch, and benefit from weekly settlements, 99% no-touch freight, and ongoing driver support. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for solo drivers; new rate increase for 2026. Responsibilities include operating tractor or straight truck, maintaining CDL-A, meeting age and background requirements, and managing schedules while maximizing load opportunities; advantage of fuel surcharge and cost-saving benefits for insurance, trailer fees, and fuel. Skills include CDL-A, 6 months minimum driving experience, strong safety record, ability to work independently, and capability to run under company authority while controlling business as a carrier.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience*
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- *No experience necessary for straight trucks or cargo vans
