Job Summary
Owner-operator truck drivers operate their own CDL-A equipped truck as independent contractor for Panther Premium Logistics. You’ll run under the company’s authority, maintain control of your business, and benefit from predictable home time, weekly settlements, and 99% no-touch freight. Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers, access to load options via ArcBest truckload board, and the Panther expedite/dedicated all-miles programs. You can choose loads, set your own schedule, and receive driver-support around the clock. Straight trucks and cargo vans are available, with fuel surcharge and ongoing support for successful, on-time deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- No experience necessary for straight trucks or cargo vans
