Owner Operator Truck Drivers needed to run their own profitable business as independent contractors under Panther Premium Logistics. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for solo drivers with a rate increase in 2026. Responsibilities include choosing loads via ArcBest board, accepting shipment offers with no forced dispatch, and potentially dedicated all-miles paid programs; 99% no-touch freight; weekly settlements; fuel surcharge and access to driver support 24/7/365. Requirements include CDL-A with minimum 6 months experience, at least 21 years old, no recent DUI or felonies, and eligibility for straight trucks or cargo vans.
