Job Summary
Owner-Operator Truck Drivers operate their own tractor or straight truck as an independent contractor under Panther Premium Logistics, with the ability to set your own schedule, run under the company's operating authority, and benefit from weekly settlements, a high percentage of no-touch expedited freight, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers. The role emphasizes self-employment, load selection via an ArcBest truckload board, flexible dispatch options, and ongoing driver support; straight trucks and cargo vans are available in addition to standard tractors, with a focus on safe, on-time delivery and maintaining control of your business.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- No experience necessary for straight trucks or cargo vans
