Job Summary
Owner-operator truck drivers needed to run as independent contractors for Panther Premium Logistics. Operate your own business with CDL-A, 6 months experience, and the ability to set your own schedule. Earn top pay with 99% no-touch high-value expedite freight, weekly settlements, and access to support. Choose loads via ArcBest truckload board, work with Panther’s expedited solution, or be assigned lanes through the dedicated all-miles paid program. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for Solo Driver; new rate increase active in 2026. Requirements include 21+ years old, no recent DUI/drug convictions (5 years), no felonies in 10 years. Straight trucks and cargo vans available. Barre, VT, USA location; remote work not indicated.
Required Qualifications
