Job Summary
Owner-operator trucking role with Panther Premium Logistics. Run your own profitable business under our operating authority, with weekly settlements and 99% no-touch freight. Choose loads through the ArcBest truckload board, avoid forced dispatch, and access scheduled lane options and a dedicated all-miles paid program. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for solo drivers and a new rate increase for 2026. Must hold CDL-A with at least 6 months of experience, be 21 or older, and have a clean record (no DUI/drug convictions in the last 5 years; no felonies in the last 10 years). Straight trucks and cargo vans also available. Independent contractor relationship with ownership of your schedule and business operations; driver support available 24/7/365 and additional cost-saving benefits for insurance, trailer fees, and fuel.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- No experience necessary for straight trucks or cargo vans
