Job Summary
Owner-operator truck drivers run under Panther's authority as independent carriers with weekly settlements, 99% no-touch freight, and a sign-on bonus. Choose loads via ArcBest truckload board, avoid forced dispatch via Panther's expedite solution, and have the freedom to set your own schedule while starting and managing your own business. CDL-A is required with at least 6 months of experience, must be 21 or older, and have a clean driving record (no recent DUI, drugs, or felonies). Straight trucks or cargo vans are noted as not requiring prior experience, with a driver-support network and ongoing pay programs.
