Job Summary
Own and operate your own trucking business as a Panther owner-operator. Run under our authority with full control of loads, schedule, and business expenses; choose loads via ArcBest truckload board or Panther solutions; benefit from weekly settlements, 99% no-touch high-value freight, and a new sign-on bonus ($5,000 for Solo Driver). This role emphasizes independence and self-management with access to driver support and cost-saving benefits on insurance, trailer fees, fuel, and more. Straight truck and cargo van positions are available.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience*
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- Straight truck & cargo van positions available
