Job Summary
Run your own profitable business as Panther Premium Logistics’ owner-operator. You’ll operate under our authority as an independent contract carrier, choose loads through the ArcBest truckload board, accept shipment offers with no forced dispatch via Panther’s expedite solution, or get scheduled lanes through the Dedicated all-miles paid program. Enjoy 99% no-touch freight, weekly settlements, and sign-on opportunities (up to $5,000 for solo drivers) with a rate increase for 2026. Straight truck and cargo van positions are available.
