Job Summary
Conduct dry van and flatbed transportation for the US Military with 2,500–3,500 weekly miles. Pass a federal background check and secure TWIC and Real ID within 90 days. Operate Class A trucks (no manual, air brake, night, or intrastate restrictions) on semi-local runs, utilizing provided trailers or your own for extra revenue. Manage maintenance via an on-site shop or personal repairs, handling 90% live loads with 10% drop-and-hook. Enjoy home weekends, one-to-two single night layovers, weekly settlements, fuel discounts, and pet/rider policies. No NYC or Long Island routes; Haz-Mat preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
