Job Summary
Lead the Sales Team and develop strategies to drive branch sales in building automation and HVAC solutions. Hire, train, and mentor sales professionals; set aggressive goals and monitor bookings via KPIs using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Align with building owners, end users, and engineers to translate client needs into service-driven solutions, coordinate strategic account plans, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service to ensure customer satisfaction. Influence regional operations, contribute to market growth, and maintain ethical, customer-centric leadership while driving pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ Years of Experience in the HVAC, building automation systems (BAS), or construction industry
- 3+ years of experience managing professional teams, project budgets, or service operations
- Valid and current Driver’s License
